It all started with softball.
They were single and waiting on the right one to come along, both just out of college and dreaming of the future. She signed up for the church softball team, not knowing that her future husband had signed up, as well.
Brittaney and Marshall started dating and enjoying those early days of mystery, fun, adventure, and dreaming for the future. After dating for several months and enjoying their engagement, they married at the beautiful Chapel at Ana Villa, surrounded by their two families and many friends.
Brittaney and Marshall, enjoy these new early days of mystery, fun, adventure, and dreaming for the future! I am so happy to have been able to step into your lives during this great time and capture the great love that you two share for each other. I am glad to call you not only my clients, but friends!
Together in your journey,
Jenny
The girls prepped all morning. Brittaney waited in anticipation to put on her beautiful lace gown.
No LSU wedding would be complete without a purple and gold garter! Can we all just take a moment and drop our jaws in response to Brittaney’s ring!?When looking for some family heirlooms to use during the wedding, Brittaney came across her grandmother’s pearl-covered Bible. It was gorgeous! I loved taking a moment to capture Brittaney’s rosary with this Bible.
Lots of laughs, champagne, and hugs with this group! Her ‘maids helping her in her dress.
I loved the building anticipation when Brittaney and Marshall read each other’s letters before the first look. Such a sweet moment.
Again, obsession over Brittaney’s ring.
Brittaney seeing her man for the first time that day. First looks are special moments. The nerves subside. Reality sets in: we’re getting married!
We had some time to capture some images in the courtyard of the chapel.
He loves her.
Loving Brittaney’s neutral bouquet with plenty of greenery!
“Hey, let’s get married today!”
The bridal party joined us for some photos before the ceremony. Loving the girls’ purple dresses.
They are fun.
Brittaney’s bridesmaids were working every angle.
The guys were too excited to do their model pose. “Fix your tie.” “Check your cufflinks!” “Pretend to check your watch!”
Again, exquisite florals all day long!
A man and his bride.
She literally ran down the aisle dropping petals.
Beautiful. When everyone stands, and all eyes are on the bride.
From her father to her husband.
We loved all of the natural light coming into the chapel.
Family is so important. I loved this moment when the parents surrounded Brittaney and Marshall to pray.
They are married!
Elegant purple and rich tones throughout the reception area.
Did I mention that Marshall is an LSU alum? Also, this adorable Minnie Mouse cake!
First dance as husband and wife.
Gahhhhh, I love this moment with dad. So sweet!
One of my favorite details of Brittaney and Marshall’s wedding was this cigar bar during the reception!
Love a good group photo at the reception.
As the evening wound down, we cleared the reception, and the new bride and groom shared in the last dance together. Quiet, alone, and enjoying these last moments of their wedding day.
Congrats, Hunters!
